Bombay HC: Court Cannot Leave Partly Demolished Building As It Is - (25 Sep 2020)

Bombay High Court has observed that the Court cannot leave the partly demolished property as it is in Kangana Ranaut's plea against Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai's demolition of her bungalow turned office at Pali Hill.
