SEBI Eases Rules for Rights Offers - (24 Sep 2020)

CAPITAL MARKET

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has revised fund-raising rules to make it easier for listed entities to get more capital. The rules include allowing companies to make limited disclosures if they mobilise funds through the rights offer route, provided they met all the disclosure norms.
