SC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Increase in Superannuation Age of Subordinate Judicial Officers - (24 Sep 2020)

Supreme Court has issued notice in a plea seeking issuance of directions to the Madhya Pradesh State Government as well as the High Court of Madhya Pradesh to increase the age of superannuation of members of Subordinate Judiciary to 62 years.
