Karnataka HC Quashes Case Against 5 Thailand Nationals - (24 Sep 2020)

Karnataka High Court has quashed the case against 5 Thailand nationals who were arrayed as an accused for the offence punishable under section 14(b) of the Foreigners Act, 1946.
