Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Conditions in Financial Aid Scheme - (23 Sep 2020)

Karnataka High Court has issued notice on a public interest litigation challenging the scheme framed by Karnataka State Bar Council for distribution of the state grant of Rs 5 Crores to the needy advocates as being unreasonable and unfair.
