Delhi HC Asks Municipal Corporations to Draw Schemes for Paying Salaries - (22 Sep 2020)

Delhi High Court has asked the municipal corporations to draw up a scheme for paying salaries out of the funds they have without picking or choosing one cadre of workers over another.
