Jharkhand HC: Premises Can't Be Sealed by Authorities for Unreasonably Long Period - (21 Sep 2020)

Jharkhand High Court has observed that in the case of an order of sealing, the authorities cannot be allowed to keep the premises locked for an unreasonably long period than what is absolutely necessary.
