MP HC: Mother Who Nurtured Child in Womb is Certainly Entitled to His Custody - (21 Sep 2020)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that the welfare of a child is of paramount importance and that the mother/petitioner, who has nurtured the child for nine months in the womb is certainly entitled to the custody of the child.
