Gujarat HC Declines Application for Tuition Fees During Physical Closure of Schools - (21 Sep 2020)

Gujarat High Court has declined to entertain an application seeking to pass appropriate orders for charging of tuition fees and other fees of the self-financed schools during the period of physical closure of the schools amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
