SC: Compensation for Loss of Future Prospects Can be Awarded in Cases of Permanent Disablement - (18 Sep 2020)

Supreme Court has observed that compensation for loss of future prospects can be awarded in cases of permanent disablement incurred as a result of a motor accident.
