Calcutta HC: No Hospital Can Refuse to Admit COVID Patient if Beds are Available - (18 Sep 2020)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Calcutta High Court has said that no hospital can refuse to admit a COVID-19 patient if beds for such patients are available and that this is one of the basic tenets of medical ethics.
