SC Junks Police Closure Report on the Mysterious Death of NLU-J Student - (17 Sep 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has junked the closure report filed by Rajasthan police in the investigation into the mysterious death of Vikrant Nagaichm who was a 3rd-year law student of the National Law University, Jodhpur (NLU-J) and has ordered a new investigation in the case by a fresh team, which is to be completed within a period of two months.
