MP HC Passes Interim Direction to Dealer to Continue Supply of Liquid Medical Oxygen - (17 Sep 2020)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has passed an interim direction wherein a Maharashtra based dealer was directed to continue supplying Liquid Medical oxygen to the Hospitals situated in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
