Delhi HC Rejects Plea Seeking Home-Based Exam for CLAT 2020 - (17 Sep 2020)

Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea seeking a home-based exam for CLAT 2020, noting that home-based exams may not be appropriate for approximately 78,000 candidates who are to take the exam.
