J&K HC: Mere Reproduction of Police Dossier in Detention Order Can't Justify Detention - (17 Sep 2020)

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has quashed a detention order detaining one Surinder Singh under Section 8 of the Jammu & Kashmir Public Safety Act, 1978 stating that mere reproduction of Police dossier cannot justify detention.
