Calcutta HC Refuses to Stay Publication of NUJS Merit List - (17 Sep 2020)

Calcutta High Court has refused to grant interim relief in a writ petition challenging the constitutionality of the law mandating 30% domicile reservation for admission in West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS).
