Bombay HC Denies Bail to Married Man Accused of Raping 17-Year Old - (15 Sep 2020)

Bombay High Court has denied bail to a man accused of raping a 17-year-old girl who happened to be his business partner's daughter observing rape is just not forcible intercourse, it means to inhabit and destroy everything.
