Bombay HC Takes Suo Moto Cognizance of Non-Availability of Ventilators and Oxygenated Beds - (14 Sep 2020)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Bombay High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of issues faced by the general public due to non-availability of ventilators and oxygenated beds for Coronavirus patients with moderate and severe conditions in order to reduce the death rate in Nagpur.
