Kerala HC Seeks Response from Govt on SARFAESI Proceedings on Loan Accounts - (11 Sep 2020)

Kerala High Court has sought response from the Central Government about the banks' plea seeking permission to continue Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI) proceedings with respect to loan accounts which were declared as Non-Performing Assets prior to the declaration of lockdown.
