SC: Punishment of Dismissal from Service is Not Disproportionate to 'Corrupt' Employee - (11 Sep 2020)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal of a Central Industrial Security Force officer dismissed from service for indulging in corruption, observing that the punishment of dismissal is not disproportionate to corrupt employee.
