SC: Writ Petition Not Maintainable Against Judicial Order Passed by High Court - (11 Sep 2020)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has held that a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1949 would not be maintainable in order to challenge which has been passed by the High Court in the exercise of its judicial powers.
