SC: NDPS Trial is Not Vitiated Merely Because Ownership of Vehicle Not Established - (11 Sep 2020)

NARCOTICS

Supreme Court has observed that, to prove the case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the ownership of the vehicle from which the contraband is seized is not required to be established.
