SC Seeks Evidence Suggesting Alleged Terror Links of Suspected LeT Operative - (10 Sep 2020)

Supreme Court has granted two weeks to the National investigating Agency (NIA) for placing on record requisite evidence as to why Mohammad Irfan Gaus, an alleged member of banned terror outfit Laskhar-e-Taiba (LeT) should not be released.
