SC Stays Implementation of Reservation for Maratha Community in Government Jobs - (10 Sep 2020)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has stayed implementation of reservation for the Maratha community in government jobs and admissions to educational institutions under the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018 and referred the entire matter to a Constitution bench to decide validity of the law.
