SC: Death Occurred Due to Single Stab Injury Can Also Attract Section 302 IPC - (10 Sep 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that even in cases when death occurs due to single stab injury, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 can be attracted.
