SC Put Hold on Disciplinary Proceedings Initiated by Kerala Government Against a Bureaucrat - (19 Jan 2016)

SC has put on hold disciplinary proceedings initiated by Kerala Government against a bureaucrat who had praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a newspaper article in 2013. The court also issued notice to Government, asking it to respond to petition challenging such action.
