Delhi HC Directs SpiceJet to Pay Rs. 243 Crores in Share-Transfer Dispute - (08 Sep 2020)

Delhi High Court has asked SpiceJet airline to deposit an additional Rs 243 Crores, in connection with a share-transfer dispute with former promoter Kalanithi Maran, in six weeks.
