Delhi HC Seeks Response from Centre, Netflix on Mehul Choksi's Appeal - (08 Sep 2020)

Delhi High Court has sought responses from the Centre and online video streaming platform Netflix on PNB scam accused Mehul Choksi's appeal challenging the dismissal of his plea to pre-screen the 'Bad Boy Billionaires' docuseries.
