Karnataka HC Extends Stay on Publication of Final Notification Until Further Orders - (07 Sep 2020)

Karnataka High Court has extended the stay on the publication of the Final Notification based on the Draft Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) notification 2020 by the Union Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change until further orders.
