NGT Summons 38 On Their Refusal to Accept Notice Concerning Yamuna Nurseries - (14 Aug 2015)

National Green Tribunal has ordered proprietors of 38 nurseries to appear before it after they allegedly refused to accept notice issued to them for causing pollution on floodplains of river Yamuna .
