Punjab and Haryana HC Junks Patiala MC’s Report on Illegal Hoardings - (19 Jan 2016)

Punjab and Haryana HC has rejected status report filed by Patiala Municipal Corporation (MC) on illegal hoardings and appointed two court observers to check the ground reality and file a report.
