Delhi HC Orders Ministry of Corporate Affairs to Set Aside Disqualification of Directors - (07 Sep 2020)

Delhi High Court has passed an order to set aside the disqualification of Petitioners as Directors who were disqualified under a retrospective application of the Companies Amendment Act, 2018 in June, 2017.
