Calcutta HC Takes Suo Motu Cognizance of Unnatural Deaths of Elephants, Bisons Etc - (07 Sep 2020)

ENVIRONMENT

Calcutta High Court on its own motion has taken cognizance of the issue of unnatural death of Elephants, Bisons and other wild animals, birds, reptiles, amphibians etc. in North Bengal.
