SC Disposes Of Plea Against Order on Prohibiting Students from Participating in Online Exams - (04 Sep 2020)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has disposed of a Special Leave Petition preferred by a bunch of private unaided minority educational institutions against an order of the Calcutta High Court restricting them from prohibiting students from participating in the online examinations, for non-payment of fees.
