Karnataka HC Directs State Government to Implement Provisions of Transgender Act - (03 Sep 2020)

Karnataka High Court has directed the State Government to take steps for implementation of the relevant provisions of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 and also extend all kinds of reservation to members of the community.
