NCDRC Allows Advocates to Appear Physically if All Parties to the Matter Consent - (02 Sep 2020)

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has allowed advocates to appear for physical hearing of cases if all the parties to the matter consent, from 1st September, 2020.
