SC Directs Centre to Come Up with Legislative & Executive Master Public Health Plan - (01 Sep 2020)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court has directed the Centre to convene a meeting of Health Ministers/Secretaries of all states and Union Territories in order to come up with a legislative and executive master plan on public health, which focuses on the marginalised sections of the society within two weeks.
