Bombay HC: Wife Best Suited to be Guardian of a Husband in Vegetative State - (31 Aug 2020)

Bombay High Court has held that in a marriage, husband and wife are equal partners and the wife is best suited to be the guardian of her husband who is lying in a vegetative State.
