Kerala HC: Aided Education Institutions Bound to Provide Reservation in Employment - (31 Aug 2020)

EDUCATION

Kerala High Court has held that the provisions relating to reservation in employment for physically challenged persons would apply to aided Schools and Colleges including minority institutions.
