Delhi HC Rejects Parole Plea of Vikas Yadav Due to False Claims - (27 Aug 2020)

Delhi High Court has rejected Nitish Katara murder convict, Vikas Yadav’s attempt to get parole after it found gaping holes in his claims that his mother was ill and was admitted in a private hospital briefly.
