SC: Central Govt. has Authority to Impose 'Quantitative Restrictions' on Import - (27 Aug 2020)

Supreme Court has observed that the Central Government has the authority to impose quantitative restrictions by an order under Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992.
