Delhi HC: DU Cannot Expect 70% Minimum Attendance When No Classes Taken for Entire Course - (26 Aug 2020)

Delhi High Court has pointed out that Delhi University can’t expect students to have 70% minimum attendance to be eligible for examinations, if it isn’t taking classes for the entire period prescribed for a course.
