Orissa HC Allows Petition of Same-Sex Live-In Couple to Stay Together - (26 Aug 2020)

Orissa High Court has allowed the Petition of a 24-year-old woman to get back her same-sex partner who was forcibly separated from her by the partner's Mother and Uncle.
