Madras HC Dismisses Pleas Against State's Assessment Mechanism for Passing Class X Students - (26 Aug 2020)

Madras High Court has dismissed a batch of Writ Petitions challenging the assessment mechanism adopted by the Tamil Nadu Government to assess students of 10th standard and award marks in the final SSLC Public examination.
