HP HC Directs State Govt to Revisit Policy on Payment of Fees to Private Schools - (26 Aug 2020)

EDUCATION

Himachal Pradesh High Court has directed the State Government to revisit the policy on payment of fees to private schools, while setting aside a Government Order in as much as it made payment of tuition fee by the parents optional.
