SC Declines to Entertain Plea Seeking CBI Probe into Rakesh Pandey's Encounter - (25 Aug 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has declined to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the alleged encounter of wanted criminal Rakesh Pandey in Lucknow and granted him liberty to approach the appropriate High Court.
