SC: Cancel Licences, Spectrum if AGR Dues of Insolvent Telecom Companies Not Paid - (25 Aug 2020)

Supreme Court has stated that the Government must cancel licences and spectrum of telecom companies that refuse to pay pending adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues of insolvent operators after using their airwaves.
