Rajasthan HC Grants Time to Central Govt to File Progress Report on CAA - (25 Aug 2020)

Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday granted a week's time to the Central Government to file a progress report on the drafting of rules for implementation of the contentious Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 (CAA).
