SC: Action Instituted u/s 31 Specific Relief Act is Arbitrable as It is Not Action in Rem - (21 Aug 2020)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has held that an action instituted under section 31 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 is not an action in rem, but an action in personam, and therefore arbitrable.
