HP HC Recommends Independent Mechanism for Transfer of Govt Employees - (21 Aug 2020)

SERVICE

Himachal Pradesh High Court has reiterated that orders relating to transfer of Government employees have to be passed keeping in view the "administrative exigency" and taking into consideration the "public interest".
